Refund and Cancellation Policy
No Refunds on Credits: All sales of voice and communication credits are final. Once a client has successfully paid to top up their account balance, those funds are non-refundable.
Service Usage: Credits are strictly for use within the Qal platform infrastructure and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other accounts.
Account Termination: In the event of a violation of our Terms of Service (such as illegal robocalling), VITTA412 CORPORATION reserves the right to suspend the account without refunding the remaining balance.
